AFXpress Team

As a Customer Service Specialist, I am dedicated to supporting AFXpress underwriting operations. I have worked at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America for 12 years in various roles with a focus on underwriting and customer service.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. Currently I hold designations as a Certified Authority on Workers’ Compensation (CAWC) and Registered Workers’ Compensation Specialist (RWCS) with plans to continue my education as I progress through my career at Accident Fund.

I joined Accident Fund in 2017 with more than 30 years of experience in insurance. During my career, which has primarily been in Property Casualty, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in several divisions including: Actuarial, Underwriting, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, and Product Development. I also gained a different perspective of our industry while working for an insurance bureau in the advisory arena. My insurance experience has given me a broad umbrella of knowledge, which I will continue to leverage for the independent agency partners of Accident Fund. I am committed to your success!

I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, with dual majors in Marketing and Business Management. Committed to continuing education, I’ve earned my Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialists (AFIS) designation, Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associates in General Insurance (AINS). I am currently working toward completion of my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

I have been with Accident Fund since 2005. In my time with the company, I have worked in both Business Development and Marketing. I joined the AFXpress team in January of 2015 as the territory sales consultant for North and South Carolina. Over the past year, I have enjoyed getting to know the agencies in my territory while helping to grow Accident Fund’s AFXpress business.

Prior to joining the Accident Fund team, I worked for various other insurance carriers in different capacities and earned my Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designations. Since joining Accident Fund, I have also earned my Certified Authority on Workers’ Compensation (CAWC) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.
